Field Renewal is a free lease-renewal calculator built by ActiveEngine. We try to collect as little about you as possible.

What runs in your browser

All calculations happen locally in your browser. The numbers you enter — current rent, proposed rent, turnover costs — are never sent to our servers and are not stored on any account.

What we collect

We use privacy-friendly analytics (PostHog) to count page views, referrers, and anonymous device/country. We do not sell data, build advertising profiles, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Payments

If you unlock the $19 premium features, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe receives your email and payment info under their own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for analytics and to remember your unlock status. No third-party advertising cookies.
