Field Renewal is a free calculator that helps landlords decide whether a rent increase on lease renewal is worth the risk of tenant turnover. Built by ActiveEngine as part of the Field suite, alongside Field Invoice, Field Estimate, Field Net, Field ROI, and Field Deposit.

After you run the numbers, the next step depends on the tenant’s decision. If they move out, Field Deposit generates the itemized security deposit return statement before your state deadline.
